1. To create, develop and produce new music, performance, visual art and storytelling for children aged 0-12
2. To use music, performance, visual art and storytelling as mediums for health and learning outcomes for young children and their adults
3. To value inclusion and diversity in both form and content
4. To foster joy and community connection through music, performance, visual art and storytelling
5. To collaborate with and draw on the wisdom and best practice of specialists in children’s health, education, disability and social justice to create children’s arts
6. To place at the core of all works, a heart-centred, long term view of the child as a major contributor to, and creator of, community
